What materials do you use?
We mainly use food-grade PET, PP, and PE. All are virgin materials, compliant with FDA, SGS, and EU standards.
Is packaging heat-resistant? Can it be used for hot filling?
Not recommended. Standard PET tolerates up to 60–65°C.
Will it leak?
No. Our packaging is tightly sealed and tested for leakage with vacuum and water pressure tests. Pass rate: 99.8%.
Do you offer eco-friendly materials like rPET or PLA?
Yes, both are available.
Can I choose colors or finish (transparent/frosted)?
Yes. Transparent, frosted, semi-transparent, and custom colors are all supported.
What size range do you offer?
From 150ml to 5L, with diameters ranging from 68mm to 280mm.
Can you make custom shapes?
Yes. We support full customization including unique shapes and designs.
What cap types are available?
Screw caps, aluminum lids, easy-open lids, sealing caps, etc.
Can I customize colors or add my logo?
Yes, just let us know your requirements.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes, simply share your request and contact info.
How many free samples can I get?
Up to 20 pcs free. We usually send 5–6 for review. More available on request.
Can you make 3D samples?
Yes, based on your design or drawing.
How long does it take to make custom samples?
Simple samples: within 48h.
Custom mold samples: around 15 days.
How long to make an injection mold?
Around 25–35 days, depending on product complexity.
How long to make a blow mold?
As fast as 5–7 days.
Can you develop a mold for my plastic bottle?
Yes, we have in-house mold making and automated equipment.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
1,000 pcs for light customization; 30,000–100,000 pcs for full customization with molds.
What is your lead time?
3–5 days for stock or light custom orders.
15–20 days for full customization.
What if I receive damaged or defective products?
Please send us photos/videos immediately. We’ll respond quickly with replacements, compensation, and root cause analysis.
